Feature Request: Improve CLI Error Message Clarity

Hello!

When using the 1Password CLI, it's not obvious when errors are caused by 1Password rather than the underlying command.

I had changed the name of a login a few days ago and the CLI could not resolve the item. Because the login item was referring to AWS, I initially spent 5 minutes assuming terraform had catastrophically failed and I was struggling to debug it.

Example:

op run --env-file .env -- terraform apply
[ERROR] 2024/06/28 16:59:05 could not resolve item UUID for item AWS


An easy fix could be to replace [ERROR] with [1Password CLI Error].
