op CLI with biometric unlock using Polkit not working

had the same issue on arch (also gnome-flashback + i3)
I fixed it by changing the ownership of the op binary:


sudo chown root:onepassword-cli /usr/bin/op
sudo chmod g+s /usr/bin/op

Found this somewhere in the 1Pass CLI Guide
