From the home page or the top menu, Get help (Looking for help using 1Password?) includes Community guidelines as one of the four Helpful links. This is a welcome improvement.

I definitely agree it should be more front and center here on the community. This has been raised with the team, and we will be finding a better home for it as we continue to tweak things.
