I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback!
You’re right that it’s not immediately obvious how to post a feature request if you start by clicking the feature request tag. The tags shown in your screenshot are meant to simply filter existing posts, but don’t provide a way to create a new one, which I can see how that would feel like a dead end. I’ll take this back to the team and see how we can make this a simpler process for sure.
As far as the organization, we’ve tried not to create too many spaces to start with. When you have too many forums, it can be overwhelming for new folks and you end up with overlapping topics. The Developers forum is an example of how we’re trying to avoid that problem: If you’re a developer, regardless of what type of development project you’re doing involving 1Password, that’s the space where you’ll find people with shared interests. If we find that particular topics within a forum are getting really active, then we can always split them off into their own discussion board.
For someone like yourself who is a home, business, and developer user of 1Password, feel free to post in the category that feels closest, and we’ll help make sure it ends up in the right spot if needed.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and letting us know where we can continue to improve the Community experience!
