Asked to Save a Saved Login

I have a few questions to help me understand what might be happening here:

• I can see your post is tagged with macOS - is that the device this is happening on?
• Which web browser are you using, and are both 1Password and your browser fully up to date ?
• What steps do you take to fill your information - for example do you use the inline menu below credential fields, or a keyboard shortcut, or something else?
• Are you seeing this behaviour on all websites, or only a specific one? If it's a specific one, could you share the website URL with me?
