Hello Jeroen​! 👋

Thanks for the question! It's not currently possible to change the size of the pop-up when using 1Password in the browser. I've filed a feature request with our team so that they know that this is something that you'd like to see added in the future. 

For the time being, the best options are:

  1. Change how items are named. For example, you could try to have a shorter name that doesn't include the company name but instead records the company name as a tag: Organize with favorites and tags
  2. Use Quick Access to look up the item since it show's more of the item's title: Get to know Quick Access

    I would like to say that the suggestion of Jeroen​ is very important. 
    We are talking about a great password manager, that could be even better!
