Download 1Password MSIX Latest Installer

Where can I download the latest MSIX installer for the 1Password desktop app?

When I visit https://releases.1password.com/windows/, it shows the latest beta version of 1Password for Windows as 8.10.82-27, but the available download is an .exe file.

However, in the article below, the MSIX installer that's available for download is only for version 8.10.78-39:

      Click checkmark at top that says: Show Betas and then download the MSIXBundle version.
