Locked out of all accounts by auth0

I have four 1Password accounts, one of which requires auth0 by my employer.  Normally, the other accounts unlock using Face ID (on iOS), and that one account remains locked until I do run through aut...

    Hello llamafilm​! 👋

    Thanks for reaching out! You should be able to unlock the app by tapping on the "Enter your password" field and then typing in the account password of one of your other accounts. Does that not work for you?

Oh my bad!  Wow, I totally misinterpreted what I was seeing there.  You're right, case closed, sorry.

No need to be sorry! I'm glad that my suggestion helped and that everything is working. 🙂

I can definitely see how the screen that you saw could be unclear and I've filed feedback with our design team so that they can look into how we can make signing in more intuitive when using multiple 1Password accounts in the same app.
