Unable to Link Personal Account to Family Plan

I have a business account and a personal account. With my business account, I’m supposed to have a free family account. I tried to activate my free family account and link my personal account to it,...

I do see the option to unlink my family account but the only account available in the UI is my business one. I cant switch to my family one. Is there something I'm missing ? Shall I unlink my family account ?

Thanks for the reply. It looks like you're already linked your 1Password Families membership to your 1Password Business account. To sign into your 1Password Families account follow these steps: 

  1. Open a new tab in your browser.
  2. Go to: https://start.1password.com/signin
  3. Scroll down and click Sign in to another account.
  4. Enter the account credentials for your 1Password Families account.


Let me know if that doesn't work or if I misunderstood.
