Why ask to update existing password?
Hi rossburnett,
Thanks for your patience while I looked into this!
We've reported the issue you're experiencing for the team to investigate. As a workaround, you can try this so you don't get bugged with the pop-up asking to update the password:1. Right-click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and click 'Settings'
2. Using the left-menu, click 'Autofill & save'
3. Toggle off 'Offer to save logins'This will turn off that functionality for every website, but since you said you basically only visit the one website, I thought it was worth sharing.

Hi rossburnett,
I'm sorry, that sounds like pretty annoying behavior! Are you seeing this happen on the same website or are you seeing it across a variety of websites?
Hi,
Thanks for responding. I noticed this behavior when logging into my company website (IBM) which is usually the only website I use at work.
