问题1:
打开桌面快捷方式无响应,等待很长时间也不能打开。
问题2:
无法卸载,不能重新安装。

I'm sorry to hear of the troubles you've been encountering with 1Passsword not being responsive. Does restarting Windows in Safe Mode with Networking Enabled and then trying to us 1Password again help with this behaviour?
