I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing duplicates in 1Password. You can restore deleted items in 1Password 8 by following these steps:

  1. Open and unlock 1Password 8.
  2. In the sidebar, scroll down and click Recently Deleted.
  3. Right-click on an item that you'd like to restore and then click Restore Item.

I see that you've also opened a ticket via email and I've asked my colleagues to reach out to you. They'll send you an email as soon as possible.
