1P 8.9.4 opens but does not fill

1P 8 will open a requested web site but does not fill in requested user name or password.
I enter user name, then copy and paste password.

1Password Version: 8.9.4
Extension Version: 2,3,8
OS Version: macOS 12.6
Browser:_ Firefox

    Dave, I deleted 1P from Firefox Add-ons and then reinstalled it. Everything is working properly now. Thanks again. Stu

    Thanks for your reply, Dave.

    I followed the steps you suggested. I still have the same problem. 1P takes me to the page but does not fill in the user name or password. Nos suggestions appear below the username/password fields.

    Hello Stu707! 👋

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble filling your login credentials into websites. As a start, can you make sure that you have 1Password in the browser installed:

    Then please try the following steps:

    1. Close all open web browsers.
    2. Right-click on the 1Password icon at the top of your Mac's screen and then click Quit. Wait until the icon disappears.
    3. Double-click on 1Password from your Mac's Application folder.
    4. Open your web browser.

    Then try to open and fill again. If that still doesn't work then can you tell me if you see any login suggestions underneath the username/password fields on the website?
