1P and Form Autofill Suggestions Overlapping

I'm sorry that you're running into filling issues on certain websites. I'll reply below: 

The first is that the "extension button" or "autofill button" (not sure what it's called-- the 1password button that appears at the end of the username and password fields) does not always show.  Usually if the field is too small it won't show, but sometimes even when it's normal size it just doesn't show until I click into the field and give it focus.  That then presents problem number two...

1Password is designed to provide suggestion when a form field is in focus. If a website doesn't automatically focus a field then you'll need to click on the field to focus it and have 1Password show suggestions. If you're not seeing suggestions even after you've clicked on a field then can you share the name of the website in question?

Problem number two is that the autofill suggestions from 1password get stuck underneath the standard form autofill suggestions from the browser:
