1P doesn't autofill android app even when the app info is linked in the account info.

Scenario 1
New account info created and stored in 1P via desktop/extension.
Download corresponding android app for the service/account
During the sign in process I select "Open 1Password" to fill in the info
Search for the account info
Select the respective account
On some apps, the account info fails to autofill at all and I have to manually copy and past
On other apps, the system only offers "Allow Once". Does not give the option to fill and update
