1P stopped working with Vivaldi Android

For some reason, 1P stopped working with Vivaldi Android - meaning, it recognized the input form, tries to fill it in, but nothing happens. Not sure if it's because of a version update by 1P, or by...

I can answer that for my oneplus 13 phone. It is not only vivaldi. Chrome or even normal apps have many times auto fill malfuctiining. There are times that u get the suggestions but tapping on them does not fill the fields. Other times u don't get the suggestions at all. When I do have the issue of suggestions can't be filled, I just kill the app from recents and restart it. Then auto fill works. 

Also, different issue. Many times, 1password aska for password instead of fingerprint. And many times I have to force stop 1pass and restart it to get it fixed. Tbh it has many random bugs that weren't there a couple years ago. I think best platform for it is probably OSX. Android has issues
