1P Won't Fill Credentials

Been having this problem for some time now:  When trying to login to a site, 1P recognizes the site but when you click to fill the credentials it will not fill in, requiring the copy and  paste metho...

My wife and I frequently have the same issue on three different computers using Safari on macOS Tahoe (and previously with Ventura).

    It's new for me - there have always been some sites that required copy and paste but not many.  This recent problem is brand new and happens way too often!
