1Password + Brave seem to rattle Safari's cage

Lately, when I use CMD-\ in Brave (no 1Password extension), my screen sort of flickers and Safari (using extension) does something before the form is filled in Brave. It's like it jumps forward or...

This may not be a Safari thing.

Today I saw something happening when I was using Brave with 1 profile window on one monitor and another Brave profile on another monitor.

I had the Brave window/profile active on my external monitor and every time I tried to fill a form on this monitor/window combination the Brave window on my main/internal monitor became active and the form on the external monitor/Brave window did not fill.
