Hey @IoanPopovici, thanks for writing about this! I checked whether I could get the same issue to happen on my end, but wasn't able to: everything seems to work as expected:
Based on your description, it sounds like the keyboard shortcut isn't being recognized by 1Password, even though the macOS Settings app does recognize it. That's very strange.
The only thing I can think of is another app that's running in the background might be overriding/capturing that shortcut and preventing 1Password from recording it. Might that be the case on your end?
