1Password 8 for iPhone

Make sure all of your data is available on https://my.1password.com and ensure you have a copy of your 🚒 Emergency Kit

If so, then you can remove the app on the phone and reinstall. The warning message is there (from iOS) to prevent accidental deletion. Provided the data exists on 1Password.com and you know the password and have that Emergency Kit you can pull in a new set of data.
