    Hi! I also experienced the same issue as echobeach! on my personal PC. So, I removed all 1Password apps and reinstalled one. Since the reinstallation, I have not encountered the same issue again.

Might be related, but when Win11 updated overnight after patch Tuesday 1Password displayed this error message immediately after start up. There was only one 1Password install via download (not Windows Store). 'Uninstall and Launch' solved the problem, but interesting. Maybe it got duplicated between the Win11 and 1Password updates?

I did not see any duplicate installation warning like in the screenshot. However, in my case as well, after installing the Windows 11 24H2 update KB5068861, the same issue described in the original post occurred. It seems that the KB5068861 update might be the cause.
