1Password crash v. 7.9.1 on IOS [update to 7.9.2 or update iOS if at all possible]

Please check for updates in the App Store, 7.9.2 was approved and started propagating through the App Store at about 6AM Pacific Time this morning, and should resolve the issue if you cannot upgrade iOS. As 1P_Ben mentioned, we would still recommend considering upgrading to a device that is capable of running the latest version of iOS.

As for not having a Secret Key, as that's something of a more personal nature, we'd be best equipped to handle that over email.
