1password doesn't work in background without menubar item

Hi, I noticed that the 1P app doesn't work in the background when the menubar item is removed. I prefer to not use the menubar item because the menubar size is rather limited, and I don't have ...

Hello Kolja! 👋

Thank you for reaching out. Currently, the menu bar icon does indeed need to be turned on for 1Password to continue running in the background. That being said, I've let our Product team know that you'd like to see this behaviour changed in the future.

For the time being, there are a few third-party apps out there that can hide menu bar icons. Other users have reported finding those helpful. 🙂
