1password.eu browser session loged out after 10 minutes

I use 1Password.eu at work in the browser, In the settings, I put the Auto-Lock timeout to 300 min. However, I have to re-login after 10 Minuntes. every time. I tried in both Chrome and Edge. the pro...

I'm sorry that 1Password is locking sooner than expected. It does sound like you're running into a known issue that our development team is currently investigating but I'd like to ask a few questions so that I can confirm that the issue that you're seeing matches the issue that we're investigating: 

  1. Can you post a screenshot of the message that you see when 1Password locks?
  2. Do you have 1Password in the browser (the browser extension) installed in the affected browser?

    1: translation: Session ends after 10 minutes of inactivity

    2: Yes, i have installed the browser extension in the affected browser Firefox

      Thank you for the screenshots and additional details. It sounds like you're running into a known issue, where sessions for 1Password.com can expire earlier than your auto-lock settings, that our development team is currently investigating. However, the error message that you're seeing is different from what I would expect you to see. 

      So that our team can investigate further, please send an email to support@1Password.com along with a link to this thread.
