1password.eu browser session loged out after 10 minutes

I use 1Password.eu at work in the browser, In the settings, I put the Auto-Lock timeout to 300 min. However, I have to re-login after 10 Minuntes. every time. I tried in both Chrome and Edge. the pro...

Hi Dave, 

1: translation: Session ends after 10 minutes of inactivity

2: Yes, i have installed the browser extension in the affected browser Firefox

Thank you for the screenshots and additional details. It sounds like you're running into a known issue, where sessions for 1Password.com can expire earlier than your auto-lock settings, that our development team is currently investigating. However, the error message that you're seeing is different from what I would expect you to see.
