1Password for Chrome does not fill fields at carters.com

Made the account like usual and everything looks OK. But will not fill the fields at:

https://www.carters.com/my-account

1Password Version: 7.9.828
Extension Version: 2.1.4
OS Version: Windows 10

I managed to get 1Password to fill both username and password on that website. Please try creating a new Login item following these steps:

Worked great, thank you.  I was unaware of that method of creating logins.  In general is that the preferred method?

Yes, that is the first step I always recommend (and the first one I try myself when I test websites). Most of the time that is enough ;)
