1Password for Mac unable to scan any 2FA QR Code

Hello,  Using 1Password 8.11.6 on macOS 15.6.1. Again, the app can no longer scan 2FA QR Codes. Nothing happens. No message, no error.  I’ve completely uninstalled 1Password by following this guide...
