I've got the exact same behaviors as well.

1Password Version: 1Password for Windows 8.10.30 (81030032)
Extension Version: 2.23.1 (22300106, on STABLE channel)
OS Version: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (22631.3527)
Browser: Google Chrome 124.0.6367.92 (Stable)
