I have got exact the same behavior. It seems to affect chrome based browsers. In my testing, it only seems to work correctly on Safari.

1Password Version: 1Password for Windows 8.10.30 (81030032)
Extension Version: 2.23.1 (22300106, on STABLE channel)
OS Version: MacOS 14.4.1 (23E224)
Browser: Opera One(Version: 109.0.5097.68) (arm64)
