I'm sorry that you're running into an issue where iOS AutoFill won't fill your 2FA one-time password from 1Password on iOS. We have a received other reports of this behaviour with various apps on iOS 18.5, can you tell me the following:
- Are you running iOS 18.5 or a different version?
- Does the issue affect other apps as well or just FanDuel?

Thanks for the reply. To clarify, are you currently able to fill your 2FA one-time password from 1Password into other apps (not websites) on your iOS device?

I'm sorry that you're still seeing the issue. I don't have a FanDuel account myself but you could try the following steps:
- Open the FanDuel app and navigate through the sign-in process until you see the 2FA field.
- Double-tap on the field and then select AutoFill > Passwords.
- Find and tap on your login item for FanDuel and then tap on the three dots next to the one-time password and tap AutoFill.
If that doesn't work you can copy and paste your one-time password into the app: Copy and fill passwords into apps that don’t work with 1Password-Dave
