1Password Keeps opening a welcome tab in Safari

I have no idea what is going on, but 1Password has suddenly started opening a welcome tab every 30 minutes or so in Safari. I have included the images below that show what the tab looks like. It has three items to click through. When you get to the last one, you would think you are good to go and it is set up. So I close the tab. But then it just opens a new one in 20-30 minutes.
