1password locks after a few hours even if the my setting is Never

I run Windows 10 Pro for Workstations. I have the Auto-Lock set to Never, but it locks after a variable number of idle hours and I have to enter my password. 1Password for Windows 8.10.13 (8101300...

Hello Giuseppe123! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with auto-lock and 1Password. Is it the 1Password browser extension that is locking, the desktop app, or both at the same time? Can you also tell me the following:

  1. Is "Lock when computer locks:" turned off in the 1Password app's Security settings?
  2. Is it possible that you previously completely closed 1Password, or restarted your PC, when you notice that 1Password is locked?
