1Password no longer starts minimised
Good day, since a few days ago my 1Password (which I've been using for years) no longer starts minimised at system startup. Instead I get a big fat prompt to unlock it every time Windows (Windows 10...
With help from support I switched to the MSI version which appears to keep getting updated: https://support.1password.com/deploy-1password/?windows#step-1-choose-an-installer
The only tweak I had to do was modify the registry entry for startup (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run) from --auto-start to --silent
It was also my understanding that the dev team will explore ways to mitigate this behaviour on Windows 10.
I'm very happy now and consider this solved on my end by using the MSI installer.
