I am having the same issue
Even after remove the plugin and installing it again,. it still wont think and show the old password

at least it opens , it was not even opening at some point

OK, looks like a system issue:

I am trying to update password in the Windows App, but it doesn't seem to sync to browser (still uses old password)
I also have 1P on iOS, if I edit it there it doesnt sync back to Windows PC.

Is there a server issue at moment?

It will allow me to create a new password/site (had to do that for this community)
