Thanks for your message and sorry for the troubles. I've been able to reproduce this behaviour and narrowed this down to forums threads that contained terms like 2FA / OTP / MFA. I've reported this to the team so they can investigate further.

If you see this happening elsewhere with with other terms, please let us know!
