Should be fixed in the latest beta build v2.7.0 of 1Password in the Browser.

\nAs you can see, I'm trying to add a comment in one of the 1Password Community topics, and 1Password treats the comment box as a fillable field and offers autofill.
Same thing happens in Github issue comment boxes too.
