I'm sorry that you're running into issues with 1Password on multiple platforms. You mentioned that you have a screen recording and that's perhaps the best place to start our investigation.
Please send an email to support@1Password.com and include a link to this thread. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and send you a secure upload link for your recording.

Hi Dave,
As you suggested, I’ve sent an email to support@1password.com and included a link to this thread. However, it’s been over 20 minutes and I haven’t received any response from BitBot yet.
I’m wondering if this might be because I already have an open support ticket from yesterday regarding a different issue!?
Could you please let me know how to proceed?
