since the update from the 1password app on ios face id is not working

Hi 

Since the update from the 1password app on version 8.12.24 face id does not work properly. Of course the face id is activated on all levels. I reinstalled the app, turned on and off face id but no success. If i start the app it ask me for the pw all the time instaed of face id. Someone else hast the same isse?
