Hi Dave,
As you suggested, I’ve sent an email to [email protected] and included a link to this thread. However, it’s been over 20 minutes and I haven’t received any response from BitBot yet.
I’m wondering if this might be because I already have an open support ticket from yesterday regarding a different issue!?
Could you please let me know how to proceed?
