1password safari extension Issues
I am having trouble updating passwords in safari using the 1password for safari app. I get a few issues: Gives me different errors when I try to update an existing password. Does not sync between...
Thank for those details. Based on the information that you've provided, you're running into a known issue that was introduced with Safari 18.4 that our team is working with our friends at Apple to resolve.
For the time being, opening the website in a new tab or using Command-Backslash (the desktop app's Universal Autofill feature) to fill are the best workarounds.

I had the issue this AM. It will work sometimes and others not. If I do open a new tab it typically will work. That is my trick and/or use the command-back slash short cut.
