1Password stopped syncing
In the past day or two, any changes made on my desktop 1Password app do not show up on my iOS devices. The app is also very sluggish. I have done the standard things: restart computer, reinstall app ...

5 months agoHi BakerBrad! Welcome to the Community. I'm sorry to hear there's been an issue syncing recently.
The red cloud icon is the offline indicator which would suggest the 1Password app is offline or otherwise can't sync with your account. This is likely why changes from your computer aren't showing up on your iOS device. I'd like to ask a few questions to help investigate:
- It looks like you're using 1Password for Mac, which version of MacOS and 1Password are you using?
- Have you recently added 2FA to your 1Password account? Or if you've been using 2FA for some time, have you noticed any issues authenticating on your Mac?
- If you sign into your account on 1Password.com from your Mac can you view and sync items as expected?
Thanks again!

Hi Timothy, thanks for your reply. I had thought I solved the problem by deleting the .plist file but that didn't seem to work. Here is the info you are asking for:
Mac OS 15.5
1Password 8.10.78
2FA has been on my account since I started using it a little over a year ago. The app opens fine without requiring 2FA but logging in through a browser does require it and it worked fine when I tried while diagnosing the problem.
Creating an item in my browser syncs properly to my IOS devices and my desktop app.
This problem started happening only a couple of days ago. When I create a new login on my Mac I never see it on my logged-in IOS devices. This is a major problem for me.
Thank you,

Hi BakerBrad, thanks for confirming those details.
I think the best option here would be to send in a diagnostic report from 1Password for Mac so our team can help determine what's causing the sync issue, then provide the best steps to get you back up and running. You can find steps to create a report in our guide:
Send a diagnostics report (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to: support@1password.com
With your email please include:- A link to this thread: https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/1password-stopped-syncing/157253
