1Password stops working in Edge until completley reset
Hello-
I frequently open and close my laptop, putting it in sleep mode frequently. For the last week or two, 1Password stops prompting or filling in passwords in Edge after I resume from sleep. The only way to get it working is to completely shut down and restart Edge.
When it does this, the 1Password button in the toolbar becomes unusable. Right-clicking and selecting 1Password simply opens a new tab and pulls up the 1Password home page. Right-clicking and choosing settings opens a new tab with a blank page with the address extension://dppgmdbiimibapkepcbdbmkaabgiofem/app/app.html#/page/settings.

Hi drobins9,
That sounds super frustrating, I'm sorry you're experiencing that! Just to cover the basics, I want to make sure that the 1Password extension and the 1Password app are integrating and talking to each other as expected. Could you try the following steps?
- Right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar and click Settings.
- Scroll down to Integrate with 1Password app at the end of General section and toggle it off.
- Scroll down to Accounts & vaults.
- Sign out of your account and Sign in again.
- Fully close the web browser.
- Fully quit the 1Password app.
After that, please give your computer a restart to ensure no pending process prevents 1Password from connecting with the browser. Once your computer turns back on, continue with the following:
- Open and sign into the 1Password app first.
- Left click the three vertical dots in the top left corner and select Settings.
- Under the Browser tab, ensure Connect with 1Password in the browser is checked.
- Then go ahead and re-open the web browser and turn on the Integrate with 1Password app option again.
Let me know if after doing this you're still running into issues after waking from sleep!
