1password took over my iphone

Hi, silly me. I am on the free 14-day trial. Already not impressed. I didn't supply my phone number, nor did I download the 1password app from the app store. 1password somehow wanted me to set a longer password, so I did, very complex, but also impossible to type in all of the time.

Also there is no MDM manager on the iPhone and under the "change password" tab in iPhone settings it says the Adminstrator requires your iPhone to have a passcode.

At this point I just want this think removed from my iPhone so I can use it again. I need it for work.

Sure hope someone knows how to fix this.

Welcome to 1Password! I'm sorry that you're running into issues on your iPhone, I want to clarify that 1Password can't control your iPhone and it can only ever enforce security settings inside of its own app. It can't change or enforce security settings for iOS itself.

I see that you've opened a ticket with our support team and one of my colleagues sent you an email about 5 minutes ago. Please continue the conversation there. To prevent duplication of efforts, I'll close this community thread.
