1Password with Wavebox

I'm becoming a huge fan of Wavebox but even though they say it's perfectly safe to add Wavebox to 1Password as a trusted browser, I'd like to hear it from 1Password. I don't need help adding Wavebox ...

    Please disregard this post, I figured it out. Since Wavebox is built on Chromium, it was just a matter of adding the Chrome 1Password extension and then adding Wavebox in 1Password's Settings|Browser. I initially thought it involved something else.

I haven't found an answer to the question. When a browser is able to read my passwords, does this mean that a dodgy browser ... or maybe a browser that uses a dodgy 3rd party extension could steal any sensible data?

- Is the logic behind encapsulated in encrypted chrome sandbox logic no matter which browser you use?
- Could the browser technically read your passwords?

As my 1password uses very sensible company data this is a very valid question I would like to be answered by the 1password team if pos :)

    Thanks for the question! It's important to only use secure and trusted browsers since your browser can indeed see everything that you do in that browser, including seeing your passwords. Similarly, it's important to limit your use of browser extensions to only those that you trust.
