Hello @Keith45! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into trouble with 1Password. So that I can better understand the situation can you please tell me the following:

  1. Are you running into the issue on an iPhone or iPad? Or on some other device?
  2. Are you trying to fill your username and password into a website open in Safari? Or another browser? Or another app?

1 password 7

Since 1Password 7 has been replaced with our latest version, 1Password 8, I recommend that you upgrade: Upgrade to 1Password 8
