1Password8: can't quick enter credit cards or personal identities or save a login from a webform

I used to be able to enter credit card details via quick entry or my personal identity but they don't seem to show up in 1Password 8 any more. Also I could generate a password when filling in a re...

Hey there infoarts

Without knowing for sure, it sounds like the 1Password browser extension might not be installed. If you're using Safari as your main browser, you'll need to install 1Password for Safari, which you can find here:

For any other supported browser, the extension you were using before will continue to work, as long as it doesn't contain "(desktop app required)" in its name – that's the older classic extension which isn't supported any longer.

If you have the appropriate extension installed and you're still having trouble, you might not have it pinned to your browser's toolbar: If you don't see the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar.
