1Password8 search does not seem to return all items, only the first letter to start the search, for example, there is an item log01, I can only search through log, not through og or 01

Just uninstall 1Password 8 and go back to 7. Once 7 becomes unsupported, switch to another firm's application. 1Password 8 is a terrible "own goal."
