I'm sorry that 1Password isn't filling your username when you sign into siteground.com. I've reproduced the same issue in Safari and I've filed an internal work item with our team to get this fixed.
For the time being, you can use Universal Autofill to fill your username on that page by pressing Command-Backslash: Use Universal Autofill in apps and browsers on your Mac

ModeratorThe issue is still open in our developer's backlog and I don't see any news. When it's resolved, you'll see the fix noted in our release notes.
