2 Factor Auth Code after Upgrade

I just got this message after upgrading and am not sure how to handle it since there is no way to get the code with the pop-up blocking access to the app. I chose no for now and do not know to get ba...

Yes it does, thanks. I have had 2FA enable since I switched to a 1Password.com account last fall and only recently did I get the message.
