32 minutes Later unable to upgrade to password eight.

All the guidance, all the different ways to upgrade is confusing.Tried taking pictures of the code, looked for secret key couldn’t find it, even trying to sign in to talk to you is difficult. Have two passwords not sure which one is correct.

1Password Version: Upgrade to 8

OS Version: Apple 16

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble upgrading to 1Password 8. It sounds like you may have lost your Secret Key and your account password, is that correct? If it is then I recommend sending an email to support+forum@1Password.com so that our support team can help you access your account and upgrade to 1Password 8. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678].     Are you kidding me. What kind of comment do I need to add to what I’ve already said
